Features:
The DF (45°-45°) combination from the circular groove provides automatic self-aligning ability, even when the mounting surface is slightly deviated during installation. This improves sliding motion with high precision and stability. Moreover, it is interchangeable due to the strict control of production precision and retainer design which prevents steel ball from falling off. As a result, customers can order slides as needed and rails or sliders can be stored separately to reduce storage space.
It also has high rigidity in all directions as it is matched with the contact angle of 45 degrees such as four rows of steel balls. This creates an ideal two-point contact structure which can then withstand loads from up and down or left and right directions. If possible, preload can be applied to further increase rigidity.
